Wonderful Week at Luxury Suites - April 2024

We just returned home from a wonderful week at the Luxury Suites in Amsterdam. We worked closely with the Concierge in the months leading up to the trip. Peter organized our airport pickup. Booked us in to the Van Gogh Museum. He also recommended a few high end restaurants and a taxi to the restaurant. We had one of the best meals we have ever eaten at Choux. The view from our room to the canals was amazing. The room was spacious and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel overshot my expectations by their staff. We stayed two different weekends and the first one the hot water boiler went out, but the staff's service, attitude, and professionalism overshadowed any problems. The art of service is being lost, but this hotel gives me hope it still exists in the hotel business . Thomas, CC, Maria and the entire group went way out of their way to make us feel at home.

How can you have a 5 star hotel with no hot water We checked in on Monday April 8 and we have had no hot water for 5 days This is beyond horrible it is disgusting and totally unacceptable We will not pay for a hotel without hot water The deluxe suite is beautiful and the view of the canal is gorgeous but seriously to go 5 days with no shower and new boilers sitting outside the building and not getting installed is beyond incredible How can you operate a five star hotel like this??

Amazing place!! Very close to all the action. Staff very friendly! Super clean, spacious and stunning. A little pricey but well recommended. Peter the concierge and the good was good. If you want to be in a walking distance to the main Amsterdam attraction this is the place

An absolutely fabulous hotel, with a staff that is extraordinary. Our first evening they made dinner reservations for my husband and me, and then walked us to the restaurant several blocks away! Thomas was always helpful, and the head concierge Peter is a magician, and so kind and knowledgeable. Our suite was gorgeous and spacious, with everything top of the line and thoughtfully decorated. We slept like babes the bed was so comfortable. And the canal view from our room was lovely.
